  • 12:30 Prepare abundant lunch + learn new recipes

  • Free time - walk, rest, paint, read

  • 16:00 Practical workshop, e.g. kimchi, sourdough

  • 17:30 Prepare nourishing dinner together + learn new recipes

  • 20:00 *Yin yoga / relaxation / meditation
