Rather than giving you another set of health rules, this course teaches you to understand the body as an intelligent living system, using the timeless principles of Ayurveda alongside modern physiology.

Week 3 — Agni, The Intelligence of Transformation
Everything in Ayurveda comes back to one central idea: How well do you transform what life gives you?

• The Four Types of Agni

Week 4 — What You Feed the System
Different Inputs Create Different Outcomes
Food is information. Every meal is shaping your hormones, nervous system, digestion and vitality.

We’ll explore:
• The Six Tastes according to Ayurveda
• Hormones, Plastics & Endocrine Disruptors

Week 5 — When the Body Can’t Fully Process
Ama: Understanding the Root of Disease
When transformation becomes impaired, residue accumulates. This week you’ll learn what Ayurveda calls ama and why clearing it is central to physical and mental health.

• Ama Pachana: Supporting the Body’s Natural Cleansing

Week 6 — Ama Pachana Week
A Week of Simplicity, Rest & Reset
Rather than learning more, this week is about experience. You’ll be guided through a gentle Ayurvedic reset you can do at home, giving your digestive system space to recover while deepening your relationship with your body. This week includes learning some simple recipes to support your cleanse, a live call and I’ll be available on messaging support.

We’ll also explore:
• Dinacharya — Living in Rhythm with Nature

Week 7 — Building Vitality Ojas & Rasayana
The course culminates with Ojas - our primal vigour. The purpose of everything we’ll have covered in the seven weeks is to build vitality, and a life that’s positively nourishing rather than just trying to mitigate illness. To create a body that is resilient, deeply nourished and capable of supporting the life you want to live.

• Rasayana — The Science of Rejuvenation

After Clear the Vessel, yes, you’ll know more about health. But more importantly, you'll have a different relationship with your body and your energy. You might even see your life with fresh eyes…

The educational material is released weekly to encourage a steady pace of learning, but this programme is designed to fit around your life. While I recommend moving through it over seven weeks, you're welcome to take more time if needed.

Your final integration call can be booked once you've completed the programme (ideally within three months of receiving the first video), giving you space to reflect and consolidate any questions.
